Bicycle: Bringing Your Own vs. Renting

Transporting a bicycle is easy; we can explain how to prepare a bike box or you can simply arrange for a bike shop to do it for you. Note that some airlines charge up to $75 each way to ship a bike box.

Alternatively, you can rent one of our hybrid bicycles. Bike rentals are approximately $20 per trip day. See each tour description for exact bike rental prices or contact our office for details.

Clothing and Shoes

A complete clothing list will be sent to you before you leave for your trip. Because the sag wagon has limited capacity, each participant is allowed one suitcase, duffel bag, or backpack.

Accessories

You'll probably find it handy to travel with a handlebar bag or small backpack for small items you need at your disposal.
