Food

All breakfasts and about a third of your dinners are included in the cost of your tour (see tour descriptions for details). Itineraries include group dinners at the beginning and end of the tour; some may also include group dinners in remote villages where dining options are limited.

Because CBT doesn't cover all your meals, you're free to experience sumptuous local cuisines as you please. As part of your nightly briefing, your CBT guide will indicate the many markets, cafes, and restaurants that dot your path.

Travelers with dietary restrictions are usually accommodated by local food options and by CBT staff, who will consult with them when planning group dinners. Please notify us if you have any dietary restrictions.
